Bryson Roofing was founded by co-owners Josh Overmyer and Nick Schlump, two seasoned roofing professionals who bring a combined 25+ years of industry experience. Josh, with over a decade of hands-on expertise working alongside some of the top roofing companies in the nation, built his reputation on doing things right the first time—no shortcuts, no excuses. His mission has always been simple: provide homeowners and businesses with roofing solutions that are built to last and backed by integrity.

Nick adds 13 years of experience in roof repairs and replacements, earning trust through his confident, customer-focused approach. Known for his reliability and laid-back personality, he ensures every project is handled with precision while keeping homeowners at ease. Outside of work, Nick’s 15-year-old son competes on the Varsity baseball team at Central Crossing High School. Nick also enjoys bass fishing, riding ATVs, glamping, and spending time with his dog, Votto.

Together, Josh and Nick lead Bryson Roofing with expertise, integrity, and a personal touch—proving that every roof they complete isn’t just another job, it’s a promise kept.
